Information collected

We collect the information you submit through the application form: your name, email address, country of residence, project response, GitHub profile, LinkedIn profile, optional portfolio link, and résumé.

How it is used

Your information is used only to assess your suitability for the AI Engineer opportunity, communicate with you about the recruitment process, and maintain an appropriate recruitment record.

Storage and access

Application details and uploaded résumés are stored using ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. Access is limited to people involved in reviewing applications. ChatGPT Sites does not currently support data residency.

Retention

Unsuccessful applications will be deleted when they are no longer reasonably required for this recruitment process, unless you separately agree to future consideration.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your application information by emailing workspace.chhabra@gmail.com.
